Kookie Korner with Marikate!

Last week, I was asked to make a dessert for my nephew’s First Holy Communion party. The wonderful weather we’ve been having put me in a festive mood and I decided to make Colorful Spiral Cookies. They look so bright and colorful. Perfect for a party!

Sun Safety for Skin and Eyes!

As you prepare for your visit to the park this season be sure to plan ways to protect yourself and your children from the sun’s damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays. Over exposure to UV rays from the sun can result in sunburn and can lead to more serious health problems including skin cancer and eye damage.
