If you are a season pass holder, or just a first time guest, you will notice that Sesame Place is made up of families. We have the families that are here visiting for the day or our employees that are related in the different departments. One of the families I would like to point out to you is the Longnecker family from Canada.
The Longneckers have already been to the park just about every day this season. They even got to see the construction that went on at Abby’s Paradise Theater this spring! They visit us everyday even when the park is closed! If you haven’t seen the Longneckers walking around I’ll tell you about them. There is Mr. and Mrs. Longnecker, who are the leaders of the family, they protect their seven children; Joe, Kathy, Stevey, Clover, Olive, Splash, Chico and Pam. I believe they are one of the largest families that come to visit us. They enjoy visiting the lake that is by the back of the park everyday and eating lunch consisting of wheat, grain, and grass on the shore of the lake. They also love to walk around the parking lot on nice cool days and check out all the new cars that are at sesame place.

The Longnecker family is one of many of our Canadian Geese families that live near Sesame Place during the summer. If you ever see them waddling around make sure you say “HI!” but please be careful they are very protective of their family. And please refrain from feeding our family.
